2) Will the product I am sent be the same as the one in the photograph?
The product you will be sent is of course like the one shown in the photograph, however being handcrafted, certain small details may differ slightly. These variations will however be almost unperceivable.
3) Is the product guaranteed if it is delivered broken or damaged?
Yes, of course. Shipments are insured. In the event of breakage, damage or product defect, Best Murano will collect the product provided it is accompanied by its original packaging, packing, travel bills and return statement carefully completed by the Client. Once the defect has been identified, without charging any expense to the Customer, Best Murano will send a replacement product as rapidly as possible.
4) How is the product packed for shipping?
Products are carefully packed to guarantee that they are delivered in perfect conditions. Each article is packed individually using specific materials and is placed inside one or more cardboard boxes. Please remember that in the event of breakage or damage, all our products are insured.
5) What methods of payment can I use?
Products can be purchased using:

6) Do you deliver worldwide?
Yes, we deliver to all five continents: Europe, America, Asia, Africa, and Oceania.
7) How long does delivery take?
Usually one week, but sometimes longer if the product, colour or model desired is not available when requested, depending on the Master Glassblower's work schedule.
8) Do you make products to order?
Not usually, because Best Murano mainly respects the models designed by the Master Glassblowers. Exceptions may be made for large orders.
9) Do you apply discounts for retailers?
Yes, Best Murano does apply discounts for retailers, in proportion to the total of the purchases invoiced.
10) Where is your store located?
Our only store is this E-shop. Our glassworks are not usually open to the public, however it may be possible to organise a visit on request.

12) It is possible to cancel orders?
Yes, provided the order has not been dispatched. Orders are only charged after dispatch.
13) If the Client is not satisfied with the product received, can he/she withdraw from the purchase?
Yes, the Customer is entitled to withdraw from the purchase provided the product is sent back to the sender within 7 days of receipt of the goods at this address.
